We, at Polished, are commited to the highest quality Service, Products, and Sanitation practices. Our goal is to give every client a wonderful experience at an affordable price.
We accept walk ins based upon availibility, but clients with appointments have priority. Please understand that we make every attempt to accomodate all clients but we only have a limited number of providers and appointment times available in a day.
If you have an appt. please be courteous and timely. If you feel you may be late, or need to reschedule an appt. please give us a call. If you do not show up to an appt, we will "No show" you. "No shows" will be charged a $20 fee in order to rebook an appointment as well as a required prepayment for your next appointment. If you choose not to pay the fee and prepay, you will lose the priveledge to book in advance for any service.
We will make every effort to accomodate tardiness, but in the event that there is already another appt. booked immediately following your service, we will end your service at the scheduled time so that the next client will not be delayed. You will still be responsible for the full service charge.
Please try to arrive at least 10 mins. prior to a massage or aesthetic service appt. in order to prepare for it. An intake form will be required, so that we may do our job to the best of our ability. It is imperative that you notify your provider of any health issues or products & medications you may be using, that might affect your services. Do not drink alcohol prior to a massage.
We recommend that you do not shave prior to any salon or spa services with the exception of spray tanning, to achieve the best results and to ensure the safety of your health.
We will not be held responsible for any allergic reactions or accidents that occur, whether they are a direct or indirect result of any products or services we offer in our salon.
Please be responsible for your children, for their safety and for the preservation of our salon ambiance. Keep in mind people come here to relax and enjoy themselves.
We are not responsible for any lost or stolen items in our salon.
We have the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason we feel is necessary, in order to protect our company, our employees and our patrons.
We will not tolerate discrimination or any form of harrassment. This type of behavior will result in the immediate termination of services and future visits to our salon. Please be respectful as our employees will show you the same courtesy and professionalism.
Gift Cards are NON refundable and will expire 2 years from the purchase date. NO EXCEPTIONS
Please show I.D. in order to receive a complimentary alcoholic beverage. Limit 1 per drink per visit - NO EXCEPTIONS
We also offer complimentary fruit infused water, sodas, wine and mimosas.
Anyone under the age of 18 must have a parent /gaurdian signature in order to recieve massages/ skin care services /waxing. No one under the age of 16 may recieve a bikini wax. Please bring your I.D.
Gratuity is greatly appreciated.
